One of the things I have always been drawn to, even as an adult, is how magical it can be to open a book and immediately get drawn into a world.

I love to create characters and get to know them, and, as I do, see their family, friends, sidekicks, and environments emerging and revealing themselves to us, and then I get to share them with the readers through my paintbrush.

I prefer to use traditional analogue methods of illustration, mainly watercolour and coloured pencil, but I do use some digital techniques on Procreate to enhance things like lighting in my images.
